Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes, we ship to both Canada and the United States. Delivery times and rates will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. In Canada, shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD before tax. In the US, shipping is free on orders over $175 USD. Below those amounts, flat-rate shipping applies.

What are your shipping rates?

In Ontario, delivery is $8.95 CAD. Across the rest of Canada, delivery is $9.95 CAD. For US orders under $175 USD, small parcels ship for $14.95 USD and larger items for $21.95 USD.

Will I pay duties or import fees to the US?

All US orders ship DDU, meaning duties or import fees may be collected on delivery. As of November 2025, ceremonial matcha entering the US is duty-free, but additional brokerage or handling fees may still apply.

How long will delivery take?

Canadian orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping. US orders may take longer depending on customs and location.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Most items are final sale. Matcha powders and all tools/kits are final sale to ensure quality and safety. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect

Email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and inner/outer packaging. Once verified, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

What items are final sale?

Matcha powders and all tools/kits are final sale.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer exchanges. For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll replace or refund once reviewed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We ship quickly. Email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.
