Overview

We want you to love your Main Street Matcha order. Because matcha is a delicate, perishable product, and our tools/kits are curated and quality-checked, most items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

Matcha powders: Final sale. To preserve quality and ensure products are uncompromised and in top condition, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any matcha powders.

Tools and kits: Final sale. This includes whisks, bowls, sifters, spoons, stands, and bundled kits.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly refund or replace the affected item(s).

What to include:

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product, inner/outer packaging

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbours, and your building/concierge. If still missing, contact the carrier and then email us at hello@mainstreetmatcha.com. We’ll do our best to help, but please note we’re not responsible for packages after a carrier confirms delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We try to ship quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you once verified (see “Damaged or Incorrect Items”).

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are non-refundable by Main Street Matcha.
