Where we ship

We currently ship to all destinations in Canada. Delivery options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address, order weight, and selected service.

Order processing

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). Typically processed the next business day.

Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package ships.

Edits & cancellations: We process quickly; if you need to change or cancel your order, email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com right away. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify it.

Shipping rates & free shipping

Canada

  • Free shipping on orders $50+ CAD (before taxes).
  • Ontario: Flat rate $8.95 on orders under $50 CAD.
  • Rest of Canada: Flat rate $9.95 on orders under $50 CAD.

Delivery timelines

  • Canada: Typically 2–7 business days after your order ships.

Notes: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, and customs inspection can add time. Rural/remote addresses may require additional days.

Address accuracy & delivery issues

  • Address details: Please include unit and accurate postal/ZIP codes. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • Delivered but not received: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, check with neighbours or building staff and look for safe-drop locations. Carriers sometimes mark delivered up to 24 hours early. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us at hello@mainstreetmatcha.com.
  • Refused/undeliverable packages: If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, original shipping, return shipping, and any duties/taxes billed back to us may be deducted from any refund (if a refund applies under our policies).

Risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier. We’ll always try to help if something goes wrong in transit—see “Delivered but not received” above.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@mainstreetmatcha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and photos (product, inner/outer packaging, and the shipping label). Once verified, we’ll replace the item(s) or issue a refund per our Refund Policy.

Returns

All matcha powders and all tools/kits are final sale to preserve quality and ensure products remain uncompromised. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
