Our Organic Inori Okumidori is a single-cultivar ceremonial matcha celebrated for its vibrant “Deep Green” colour and naturally sweet profile. Grown in Kagoshima and stone-milled to a fine, silky powder, it offers a smooth taste with gentle umami and almost no bitterness. With high caffeine and a refined character, it’s perfect for drinking on its own or enjoying as a latte when you want a matcha that feels truly elevated.

Hot Matcha Sift 2 scoops (about 3g) of matcha into your bowl. Add ¼–⅓ cup (60–80 ml) of 167°F / 75°C water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until smooth and frothy. Pour the matcha into your cup. To sweeten, stir in 1–2 teaspoons of your favourite honey or maple syrup. Enjoy as is, or add ½–⅔ cup (120–150 ml) of steamed or frothed milk of your choice for a cappuccino-style matcha latte. Iced Matcha Sift 2 scoops (about 3g) of matcha into your bowl. Add ¼–⅓ cup (60–80 ml) of 167°F / 75°C water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until smooth. Fill a glass with ice. Add 1–2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup if desired, then add ½–¾ cup (120–180 ml) of cold milk of your choice. Pour the matcha over top.
